How long does it take to get my order?

Most items are made to order (printed just for you). Here’s the usual timeline:

Production: 2–4 business days
Shipping: 3–7 business days (after it ships)

Total: typically 5–11 business days from order to doorstep (sometimes faster).

Do you have tracking?

Yep. Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Why is it made to order?

Because we’re not here to build a shirt mountain.
Made-to-order lets us:

reduce waste
keep designs fresh
print each item specifically for you

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you catch it quickly, maybe! Since items move into production fast, email us as soon as possible at punnymerchshop@gmail.com with your order number.
If it’s already in production, we may not be able to change it.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

No stress — we’ve got you.
Email punnymerchshop@gmail.com with:

your order number
a photo of the issue

If it’s damaged, misprinted, or the wrong item, we’ll help fix it.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because most items are made-to-order, we generally don’t accept returns/exchanges for:

wrong size selected
change of mind

But if something arrives wrong or damaged, contact us, and we’ll make it right.

How do I choose the right size?

Check the size chart on the product page before ordering.
If you’re between sizes:

want a more relaxed fit → size up
prefer fitted → stay true to size

Where do you ship?

We ship to many locations (and we’re expanding). Shipping options and costs show at checkout once you enter your address.

I didn’t get my confirmation email — what now?

First, check spam/promotions folders (email providers love to hide the good stuff).
